Jonnylaw 2 legged doe Sun, Jul 20, 08
Not sure if this deer is using it's rear leg to scratch it's side or if it really is a 3 legged deer. Only got one shot of it on my cam.         view photo
Yelper replied on Jul 22: In North Greenbush, my parents have seen a 3 legged doe for at least the last 4 seasons, but have not seen her this year yet. This doe also has had fawns with her. It is incredible that a deer could live through the winter and then give birth to fawns. I've hunted there for years and never have seen this deer.
elmerFudd replied on Jul 21: thats exactly what a 3 legged deer looks like! my in-laws have a 3 legged fox that comes around in the mornings. he gets around just fine.
HollowvilleHunter replied on Jul 21: It looks to me that its using its leg to scratch its side..
elmerFudd Lake G Thu, Jul 10, 08
This girl is in the top 3 of my lifetime catchings! No funny stuff either. No snorkel, no spear, no gun, no bow.... just a brown and tender salty tube! 18 1/4 inches long and 6lb 2oz.         view photo
hooker replied on Jul 14: Were they fish-nets???? :o)
replied on Jul 14: Were they
Yelper replied on Jul 14: Great fish Kev. I went out on Sunday, 07/13 and the wind was way to strong for trolling. As I was reeling in my line, It felt like something heavy was on the line. I reeled in a pair of womens panty hose. At least they were empty...
HollowvilleHunter replied on Jul 14: NICE BASS !
ihunt4food replied on Jul 11: Freaken awesome nice Bass! Good for you. Can't be those salty tubes!
Chief replied on Jul 10: You da Man! I'll bet there's an even bigger one in there ;o)
elmerFudd Saratoga 10 point Buck on the loose Tue, Jul 08, 08
If anyone hunts Saratoga I did some scouting for you :o) Last night, 6:50pm at mile marker 27.8 on the northway, I saw a HUGE 10 point buck running in the median. Nice big wide and tall rack! I bet it was a 20' spread and the tines were already about 6 inches tall. He was wearing a beautiful reddish coat too!
elmerFudd replied on Jul 21: i dont drink bud light. jack or tequila for me!
Bud Light replied on Jul 10: Close your eyes, tip your head back and touch the tip of your nose. :o)
HollowvilleHunter replied on Jul 09: KEV - dont WE hunt there ??? lol we do now .. lets get it

Yelper Lake Trout Mon, Jun 30, 08
One more pic of the lake trout         view photo
Yelper replied on Jul 03: It's till way worth it, you were not at work!!!!
Chief replied on Jul 02: $300 .... paid for the weekend anyway :o) $140 total in gas, $75 entry, and a big steak dinner at Adam's Rib in Ticonderoga!
Yelper replied on Jul 01: Was there a payout for 9th? I hope your gas was at least payed for? I filled up my boat on Sunday at Yankee Yacht, $4.89 a gallon, $80.00 for 16 1/2 gallons and it ALMOST filled it...
Chief replied on Jul 01: 5 fish limit. I had 11 pounds 1 ounce. All largemouth, although the majority of the guys weighed in smallmouth. Ran from Mossy point (Ticonderoga) to just south of Dome Is. Scored fish in Huddle Bay as well.
Yelper replied on Jul 01: That's a great showing. 5 fish limit? How many lbs? Combined smallmouths and largemouths?
Chief replied on Jul 01: Nice!! I didn't know that there were any fish near Canoe Island.... must have been lucky. hahahaha I finshed 7th out of 93 up there in a bass tournament 2 weeks ago. All my fish came from ............ 15 to 30 feet of water. :o)
